Owner / manager access only.
Manage hours, payroll, client billing, workers, and activity from one place.
Clock out a worker who forgot to clock out, or manually add a completed shift. These entries are included in totals and PDF/Excel exports.
Set each worker's pay or billing rate, calculate payroll from approved hours, record payments with proof, and create client invoices.
Every past statement uses whichever rate was in effect on each shift's actual date — this is where you control that. Add a rate change effective on any past or future date, not just "starting now." Select a worker above first.

Every worker is included here, regardless of whether they're placed with a client or working in-house. Only one thing hides a worker from this list: no completed shifts in the date range above. If someone's missing, widen the date range first — that's almost always the reason, not their role or client assignment.
A separate report from the payroll statement below — this one is about what Eleva actually earns: total client billing minus total worker payroll, for a date range, broken down by client. Use this to see where the money is actually coming from.
Pick a date range to get one PDF with hours worked, amount paid, and balance owed — calculated using whichever rate was in effect on each shift's date, not today's rate. Every payment proof from that range is attached. Choose one employee, or all of them at once.
Create worker and client logins directly inside the app — they'll get an email invite to set up their own password. Client users can only watch workers you assign to them.
client-dashboard.html.
Create the worker immediately with a login email and temporary password. The worker must replace the temporary password the first time they sign in.
Remove deactivates an account — it can no longer sign in and disappears from active lists, but hours, payments, and records are kept intact, and it's reversible. Delete Permanently erases the account and, for workers, all of their time entries and payment records — this cannot be undone.
Select a worker to view or change their portal name, login email, or password. Workers can also change their own email/password from Account Settings.
Select a client to view or change their login email or password — the same manual reset used for workers, useful if their invite email never got confirmed correctly or they're locked out.
